Cross Laminated Timber

Both systems create an airtight building envelope which is combined with A+ rated insulation to achieve a significant improvement over standard building regulations and lower energy bills
CLT
Cross Laminated Timber

CLT is manufactured from boards of timber which are arranged side by side, then glued and pressed together to form panels of multiple layers, where each layer is at 90 degrees to the one before

CLT has a weight resistance ratio which rivals that of steel and concrete, allowing for the construction of multi-story buildings. The thickness of the panels is adjusted according to the structural specifications of each project. CLT can be clad in any material, or left exposed.

Lightweight Timber Frame

The Lightweight Timber Frame system consists of softwood structural timber elements, at every 40-60 cm, with insulation infill.

The overall thickness of the build-up is determined by the structural and thermal specifications of the project. Various kinds of insulation, ranging from rockwool to cullulose, can be used. Both the interior and exterior can be clad according to the client's preferences.
