Preparing your plot of land,
for the construction to commence
Once you have approved our customized design proposal, we prepare and submit for approval the permitting application, which includes the architectural and engineering projects.
In preparation of your site for the arrival and assembly of the modular timber structure the following need to be prepared in advance: foundations system, electricity and water connections.
We offer a range of foundations systems, the choice of which depends entirely on the site. For sites without water and electricity supply, we can advise you on sustainable off-grid solutions, including solar panels and septic water systems.

Once your order has been placed, the prefabricated structure for your project is manufactured in our factory in a matter of weeks.
The method of prefabrication allows for all elements of the house to be assembled and tested to highest quality control standards indoors before they are delivered to the site.
The transportation of the structure is handled by us and its cost depends on the location of your site.

The house arrives on site in large prefabricated elements ready to be assembled by our team in a couple of days time.
Depending on the dimensions of the project the on-site work can be handled with the help of either a small or large scale crane.
The prefabricated elements arrive with pre-installations for the electricity and plumbing systems, which are then completed on site.
